What is a session like with you?

During a session with me, you’ll feel listened to and validated. I will hold space for you and create a comfortable, safe, and trustworthy environment to share whatever you’d like to share!

There may be times when something you share is like an experience I’ve had, and I may share my personal stories with you if they are relevant to helping you see your way through.

We will also build small steps toward the changes you want to achieve and have an action step as well to conclude each session. The overall aim of your session is for you to feel your time was well spent and you feel supported moving forward.

Is there a limit on the number of sessions I can have with you?
No. We will continue to work together so long as you feel supported, and I think I have the skills needed to help you effectively.
Is our work confidential?
Yes, I will not share the content of our sessions unless you indicate you may physically harm yourself or others.
What’s your background?

Well-being! My education and career center around well-being. My undergraduate degree is in Health and Exercise Science – Health Promotion, and my graduate degree is in Exercise and Sport Science.

I have experience teaching a variety of fitness formats, and I am a yoga teacher, too! I have worked in public schools, campus recreation, and public and private businesses throughout my career in roles that promote well-being for employees and clients.

A highlight of my career was teaching yoga at a high school!

Why do you like wellness coaching?

I love wellness coaching because I love building relationships and guiding my clients to discover confidence and belief that the world needs them just as they are – they are good enough already.

I’ve spent so much time thinking I’m not good enough. My goal is to inspire girls and women to shift their mindset, so they know they are worthy of achieving their dreams and not apologizing when they do.
